Yeah, I'm guessing XF or AU details. If that's really luster on the reverse and around the obverse periphery, probably AU details, and even more of a shame about the slash and rim nicks.
Ah that swipe down the face doesn't look like it broke skin. She's hanging onto whatever luster she can. I'll say they call her a straight EF, 40-45.
I thought it was traditional on "guess the grade" threads for the OP to come back eventually and post the ACTUAL grade...?
It's up to you, of course, but people usually post the grade within a day or so. Any sooner, and you don't give people enough time to see and post. Any longer and people lose interest.
A scratch does not affect the grade of a coin rather than not assigning a numerical grade. If a XF-45 got scratched, it would then be an XF details coin. Wear is wear as far as the grade description is concerned. Though if it is net graded for value purposes, than yes, the (implied) grade would be reduced because of the scratch.
Somewhere between VF-35 to XF-40. It could just be the photos but it looks like its seen some circulation over the years. And it doesn't look very shiny/lustrous.
