1934 Australian Proof Penny?

    Hello, I have this 1934 Australian penny in very nice condition. I noticed the effigy on the coin is different than the other penny I have. Also, I heard of a horizontal die Polish line in the E of ONE; I have a horizontal line coming out of the E from the inside. Could someone help

    What makes you think it is a "Proof"
    It does not look it from the picture shown.
    The effigy should be George V
    The effigy changed to George VI on 1938 Australian Penny`s
