    Hi,

Wondering if anyone has insight on this mint mark. Coin is a 1932 "S" Washington quarter. Overall this coin is decent condition, does show wear marks. I'm thinking it's probably just some machine doubling, or maybe just a shadow, but maybe it's a counterfit mint mark. Anyways, all comments are apreciated. 32s.png Snap_002.jpg

It’s hard to say without seeing the coin in hand, but yes, it looks correct.

The 32-D and S both look like the mint mark is sitting in a depression and many are repunched as yours appears to be.

I would say yes, but want to see it in hand as an added mint mark will look very similar

So is this a RPM or just MD?

It does look right, but like Mike said you have to examine it closely to see if the
S mint mark is added. It's in quite good condition for a 1932, I imagine it has been out of circulation and in a collection for 80 years.
