Mechanical? DDO? Pics are being taken through plastic.

I don't collect quarters normally, but this 1932-S quarter was part of a recent collection that I purchased. I could be imagining it, but here's where I'm seeing doubling:

    Bottom of Washington's neck
    Lips
    Nose area
    Eye looks a little odd
    Date
    Q in Quarter & Leaves
C in America on reverse (below the split)

Not listed in the Cherrypicker's book. Also, any guesses on the grade? Could it get a VF-20? Without doubling, my book gives that grade a $225 value. If this is doubling, any idea what the value would be?

I'm using one of those microscope cameras and unfortunately can't turn off the lights. I think I may to get some black tape to cover them up.

Any thoughts on the doubling? I think the neck picture (1st pic) shows it best.

I'm not seeing anything other than machine doubling.

I took the plastic off of the coins so that I could get better pics.
