What would the value be, YES OR NO....LOL. Check EBAY's sold listings for an XF...date/mm for realized prices.
First, I wouldn't call that high grade, been banged around too much, though I like its color, personally. As to value, I was in my local coin shop the other day, and the fella was offering 2 cents for wheaties I didn't vote in the poll, but if I had, I would've said 'no'. Here's Littleton offering 1932 D in almost any grade, VF going for 13.50, just for example. So you can bet that the numismatic value is about 1/3 of that https://www.littletoncoin.com/shop/...W_zxjEqEwKaSYVe_4rgEShlb3qLx9TYMaAtRiEALw_wcB
Could be worth as much as a $1 to the right person as a hole filler in an album. I think it has had an older cleaning which gives it an unnatural look and depletes it of Numismatic value.
I think that the coin's color looks pretty nice considering the age. All my wheats from the 30's are mostly all brown. "I wold be happy to have found that coin", but worth...I have no idea.... Pretty coin though.
