It might have a tiny rub just over the ear. If that’s the case I’d say AU58. If that’s just a result of the lighting I think it’s at MS64.
I may not be a Dentist but I know my Grading . I'm guessing MS-65 . Better quality Pics will only tell plus coin "IN Hand" makes it even easier .
My non-professional opinion it's questionable authenticity based on these pictures offered. I don't see any depression around the mintmark, MM looks to be slightly to the left of where it should be. I don't see the die scratches where they are supposed to be and the mint mark just looks "off color" to the rest of the coin. Also the ejection doubling on the mint mark to the northeast isn't present and it is on quite a few MS examples, this doesn't mean much because it's not on all examples, but it's another "hmmm". Added to the mix. Send it for grading and authentication. If it's real it's definitely going to be MS and higher and worth the cost. If it isn't real at least you know.
