1931 wheat, and 1976 canada penny

1931 Circulated wheat penny.

1976 Canada penny, looks like it has a k6 or kg something along those lines on the right hand side of the penny, opposite of the year

I'd say combined they are worth less than 50 cents. : (

 

The 1976 penny is only worth more then face if it is in pristine perfect condition (Mint State). The KG is for the and designer and engraver of the Maple Leaf on the penny G.E Kruger-Gray

 

Does the 1931 cent have an S below the date??
If so it might be worth a little more.
