I was wondering what would you grade this coin I just found?

Maybe VF-35? Provide a complete picture of the obverse and a complete picture of the reverse - simply that will suffice.

 

That's if it's genuine?? Please show both sides in full and edge??

I would take another look at the Mintmark. It could of been added later. "If it's too good to be true, then it probably is".

 

Is there a way to see if the mint mark was added later on?

 

Look for known, certified examples of the same date & mm and see if yours matches the truly bona fide ones.
