1931 S Lincoln RPM?

I was going through some of my coins and saw this 1931 S that looked to have a RPM.. I didn't find any for that year on Coppercoins..
Can anyone confirm? Or does this just look like wear? Die Wear? Coin Wear?

It might be but there have been so many hits to that area over the years that everything is squished and rounded that I can't tell for sure.
