Couple of questions. This is just a bullion coin right? The coin has 3.2258 grams as a weight and a LEI of .900. I guess LEI is purity right? So how much of a troy ounce of gold does this coin have. THe coin is BU and I'm trying to get photos. Is this a common coin?

The coin is basically bullion, and yes, 0.900 is the purity. For the denomination of 10 bolivares, 1930 was the only year of issue, but it is relatively common.

So what is the gold content in troy ounces? Also where did Venezuela mint their coins?

Take the total weight listed, and 90% of that is the gold content. A troy oz is 31.1 grams. This coin specifically was minted in Philadelphia.

Wow, just shy of a 1/10 of an ounce.

Many silver Venezuelan coins of the era were minted in Paris. They are denoted by the torch privy mark, among other mint signatures.
