The metal in the date was pushed by whatever left the heavy scratches next to the rim. This can happen when roll wrapping machines crimp the ends too tight. It is a damaged coin and the value is significantly reduced. Is the last digit 1? Maybe, but I' guessing a 4. It's too damaged to tell for certain
I see what you are referring to. The Double Rim look might just be a slight Misaligned Die strike. But the last digit is a damaged 4 combined with some other circular damage. Your Cent is 84 years old.. many things happen to coins after so many years. So.. it's not anything major with a premium. Also. You already posted in the "what's it worth" forum. No need to post twice since the same members are going to see the same Cent.
