1929? This might be a first!!

I have this 1929 wheat... but then I turn it just a bit and either see a 3 or a 5.....im guessing a 3 where the 2 should be and the 9 at an angle looks like a 0. Call me nuts. Anyone else see it.

I didn't see anything except Jimmy Hoffa displaying the flying fickled finger of fate.

Lighting, rotation and tilting can play serious tricks on what your eyes and camera see. Especially depth. Tilt a coin one way and a contact mark can look raised. Tilt it a different way and it will look incused.

And then there's rum and MS-70.

 

Take 2 aspirin, go see the eye doctor and post the results in the morning.

 

It's not a first.. other members have posted letters and digits that they see by looking at the coin the way you have. Nothing special or no type of error. Sorry man.

What you are seeing are either "picteals" lol OR porosity in the date area that is mimicking false shapes
