1929 New Guinea coin

    I am one coin away from filling my New Guinea Dansco Album. I have had very little luck in locating a 1929 New Guinea 1/2 Penny. I am wonder why they are so difficult to locate. Below is a picture of one. Any leads would be appreciated.

    The Standard Catalog Of World Coins indicates only 400 pieces were sold in sets. The rest were melted down. Good luck.

    Many were returned to Australia and melted down. They are available - just expensive.
