1929 National Bank Note

I have the chance to buy a raw $50 1929 Michigan National bank note. Its in XF-AU condition, sorry no pics. By using the friedberg book, it shows the note to be worth between 120-165 ... i cannot find anything else on the internet for an ungraded note ...

Any Help PLEASE... My bank teller is offereing it ot me, and i dont want to cheat her ...

My friedbeg book says that type 1 is about 120 in ex.fine ... a dealer i called said it was woerth abotu 55-85 and if it was in excellent condtion.. its worth close to the top of that range. ..

Anyone ?
