Need Some HELP!!! What is this and is this a HIGH 9 it is UNC> found along with others and don,t have a clue as to it's value

Definitely NOT uncirculated. Looks like VF details to me because of that massive gouge on the obverse.
As far as variety or error I don't know.

Agree with above, High 9 damaged coin (letters A, E, D, the gouges behind the king's head and on the crown).
Check out the site Rick posted it also has some grading photos but suspect it's like bsowa1029 said VF-details (maybe F-details).
