    No Mint Mark on a Cent means it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint.

    Worth? 1 Cent
    134,116,000 were struck at the Philadelphia Mint

    This is just a suggestion.. You already know that there is a Error Coins forum on CoinTalk. Create your threads there. First find out what you have then worry about value.
