recently found this 1928that seems to have a cud error. First thought this it might be packaging damage but the reverse leads me to believe otherwise due the cud being raised and filled in. Sadly only detectable with a closer lense look. Opinions? 900483FE-AE35-4ED1-8A79-39331E9E75DA.jpeg C5583C1E-CFD7-4265-83BC-6C8ED891BA80.jpeg

First, welcome to the neighborhood @Rlewis87 !

It's not a cud. A cud is a break along the rim that extends into the field.

It looks like you have a small clip. A clip occurs when the blanks are being punched out of the roll of coin metal.

Thanks good to be here. It being a clip, does this add more value or just a commonly flawed cent.

It's a very small clip, so you might find some bidiot who is willing to pay the price of a postage stamp for it.
