recently found this 1928that seems to have a cud error. First thought this it might be packaging damage but the reverse leads me to believe otherwise due the cud being raised and filled in. Sadly only detectable with a closer lense look. Opinions?
First, welcome to the neighborhood @Rlewis87 ! It's not a cud. A cud is a break along the rim that extends into the field. It looks like you have a small clip. A clip occurs when the blanks are being punched out of the roll of coin metal. Chris
It's a very small clip, so you might find some bidiot who is willing to pay the price of a postage stamp for it. Chris
