I found this 1927 DDO and on the bottom of the lapel Epluibus looks to be struck through would that be considered double struck .
    Or a Mad die clash..... IMG_20220730_125848392.jpg IMG_20220730_125919886.jpg IMG_20220730_125943525~5.jpg IMG_20220730_125942209.jpg

As you show no reverse image, if it looks like it is struck through that is what it is called, a strike through, but images would be needed to confirm. A double strike and a clash are very different. Have you been reading the links provided to you on how dies are made and how coins are struck? From your last few posts it appears you may need to read them again, IMO

I can't see any doubling and no strike through of EPU. There is considerable damage to the rim and the P of EPU where it looks like it was scraped along the ground.

Did you check www.doubleddie.com and www.varietyvista.com? Those are the first places you should go if you think you found something.

Then you can ask, "Does this look like DDO-00X?" instead of guessing. Plus, by looking at the doubled dies on those sites, you'll become much better at understanding the difference between hub doubling and worthless doubling. Its a good learning opportunity, unless your plan is to have the CT members do all your research
