OK, I was digging in the safe today as I stated in another thread and found a large chunk of my 1027-S Standing Liberty Quarters. I have felt this was an under rated date for years so I started a small hoard. Mostly G-VG and plenty are cleaned but I picked them up cheap for a long time. Found 23 today and sure I have a few more. These are two of my better ones. Opinions? What would you grade these at? http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x275/clembo1872/scan0004-3.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x275/clembo1872/scan0005-6.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x275/clembo1872/scan0002-9.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x275/clembo1872/scan0003-8.jpg clembo
clembo: I am not great at SLQ's, but I'd hazard a VG on the first and a really nice on the second. (?VF?) Nice little group there. At least the values have finally started to move up.
NO, bad treashunt bad you need gown lines and more dress detail for VF G for the first and VG on a good day on the second
