1927 P Peace with doubling

I have a 1927 Peace Dollar that looks like the word ONE is doubled. Would appreciate some feedback.

Its not in the original VAM book, nor CPickers, but didn't check the VAM website.

 

I have been trying to locate the new VAM world but have been having trouble finding it. It disappeared from my bookmarks.

No doubled die. Just lightning makes it look that way.

Im going with machine doubling. The rays in tjat area would also be doubled if it were a true doubled die. Good luck happy hunting!!!

 

Isn't MD supposed to make the characters smaller/thinner and have a flat shelf like appearance? This does not look like either to me. Light can play some mean tricks but it definitely seems like you should get it into a pro's hands if you want to be sure.
