1926-Sesquicentennial-$2.50 questions

    Here's the last of my small and very underappreciated collection. This one was very hard to photograph as the gold was so brilliant it kept reflecting back to much light. I could not capture the suns rays behind Independence Hall, but they are clear to the naked eye. Anything about that number on the back? It appears to be 123, maybe?

    The coin above went for $729 on ebay. Any opinion on the relative quality of my coin?

    The coin you linked to sold for what it did because of the seller's reputation and because it appeared to be toned. The pics for it are quite poor in my opinion.

    Your coin actually looks better based on the pics. But I would it to sell for about $425 - $450. If it were slabbed by NGC or PCGS it might go a bit more. But if you've been searching these then you know that most of them do not sell for much over that.
