1926 d 3 1/2 leg?

I just saw a SEGS holder with a 1926 d 3 1/2 leg buffalo. Is this legit? I have never heard of it before, but they claimed it was in cherrypickers guide (ID: 05-1926D-901). Any info you have is greatly appreciated.

yup, it is listed in Cherrypickers.
And Breen lists it, but as a 1936 P-- in error on mint.

 

3.5 legs, honestly, I wouldn't bid on it even if it was real.
