hello i was just wondering if a 1926 bold god peace dollar is considered an error or variety i believe they were all that way for that year so i geuss probally not huh and also i was wondering if they would command a premium from what they're valued at in redbook i would appreciate any thoughts on this matter thank you.
From what I understand all 1926 Peace dollars (P, D, S), had God in bold. So there is no premium, but it's still an interesting coin to have, especially with the rumors around why God was bold.
Not that I know of. What I look for is strong detail in Liberties hair and good strike on the eagles feathers. While not errors they usually guarantee a spectacular looking coin.
