    I’m pretty sure it’s a 1925.
And it’ll be my first real “find” in this adventure. Lol
    Did I find a $10 nickel?

For what it’s worth, PCGS shows a population of 4 in grade 3. I’m not sure why anyone would send that in.

Low ball set. He who has the crappiest coins wins the day.......and the registry.

Because of "quanity" or rarity of the variety known, not the quality of the specimen. Thus you will find many two feather buffs graded even in poor conditions.

And so begins my low ball type set!

Not so fast...your specimen isn't a 2 feather variety. It is a 2.5 feather... Ron Popes book on this series is a priceless tool. 20221229_085057.jpg 20221229_085143.jpg 20221229_090241.jpg 1672323587772_20221229_090131.jpg

Ron was a dear friend whom is missed by many of us old farts. He loved to cherry pick !

    I didn’t know 2.5 was an option.
I’m in over my head again. Lol
    I’ll check on Ron’s works.
