You might need a Western Europe specialist to give you a reasonable grade. The prices for a 1924 seem high compared to the mintages of the three years. There may have been a mass melting. Again, territory for a specialist.
Seems like most of the completed sales on eBay for examples in similar condition have fallen into the $12 - $25 range. And I concur with Kurt — most likely VF.
I answered your cross-post on CCF. It's a VF without lots of dings/scratches and also without the ugly streaks and laminations that are common on these. Practical value is $30-$40. Retail value of course can be higher. I agree with Kurt that this date is overpriced as it's readily available up to high grade.
