Just bought this 1923 S Walking Liberty Half I needed to fill a vacancy. I think I got about fair vale for it, paid $18, but was just curious if my grading skills have improved, I think it is a G-4 to G-6. Thoughts?
I think you might have over paid a little. I would put this coin at melt which is currently $14.44. Still a nice coin though.
Thanks for being honest! I know it's a little rough but since I need that date and based on what I thought it graded I wouldn't be out any real money. It's tough getting those early dates in better grades w/o spending a lot.
