1923 s has extra part of wheat stock??

    Are we talking about that line that runs into the U? If that is all, it is PMD (post Mint Damage). That would significantly decrease the value of the coin.

    Absolutely positive. That is incuse. If it were part of the wheats, it would be raise. Aside from that, just how is part of a die going to get moved?. It does not happen.
