Unfortunately it looks as if it has been harshly cleaned at one time, maybe even whizzed to me. I would call it a damaged coin and grade it one full grade lower than it appears. Bottom Line, I'd call it XF with AU details, cleaned.
Mike: I don't see the cleaning, where do you detect it? never mind, I think I see what you are saying.
