    Disagree on the price.
The red seal of this year is worth much more.
But the blue seal silver cert 1923 is in the $25 range. $50 if crisper.

Series 1923, “One Silver Dollar Payable to the Bearer on Demand” is what it says below Washington’s portrait. Our countrys last large-size SC Ace. It replaced the decades running series 1899 SC $1 Black Eagle. The Speelman-White signature (Fr.237) alone accounts for over 2 billion printed. The OP’s note, Woods-White (Fr.238) had much fewer printed. Approximately 22 million were printed. The Woods-Tate signature (Fr.239) is the rarest of all with less than 5 million printed.

There was also a similarly designed $1 United States Note or Legal Tender series 1923 with red seal, serial numbers and denomination. (Fr.40) They have different colors and wording, but Washington’s portrait and the border engravings appear the same as the Silver Certificate, both front and back. Approximately 82 million were printed.
