    Rule of thumb on these coins we can't see is ask a buck three-eighty.

    With the toning on the obverse, and the way it has been photographed. It's hard to tell if there is a D, a weak D, or a no D.

    Rule #1: Take the coin out of the holder before taking pictures.

    Until you can get better photos I doubt anyone would verify. On the obverse, I see a contrast difference about the mm location so it may be weak. The reverse doesn't appear as sharp as the obverse, so it might be or not be the strong reverse either.
