Hi, I am new to this forum. This is my first post. I have a 21-D WL that has light scratches between 1:00 and 3:00 along the rim. It appears to be some clown etched his initials and a date on it - I read it as JP 4/21/41 ... If you look closely, you will seethe JP between the R and T in Liberty and the date 4/21/41 below the T in Liberty. Obviously this detracts from the value (otherwise a sold Fine). 2011 Red Book shows Fine at $550 - these scratches make it worth.......?? (Half?) - Any honest, knowledgable opinions?
