    Do all 1921D Morgans have the same arrows as the 1878 rev

    If you mean the 7tf with parallel arrow feathers reverse, then yes.

    (Because there are 3 different reverses for the '78 Morgan; 8tf PAF, 7tf PAF, and 7tf SAF).

    *I should also add the top arrow feather on the 1921 reverse isn't exactly like the top arrow feather on the 1878. The 1921 top arrow feather is slightly thicker then the '78 version.
