So I’m new to collecting dollar coins so excuse me if I’m making something out of nothing but I have included a pic of the obverse side with the “flaws” I believe I see. On top of everything else already noted, I believe the coin may have been double struck per the random little letters and numbers and I believe I can see a faint “shadowed” date behind the 1921. If you zoom in on pic everything should be pretty easy to see. Thanks in advance for your time and opinions!!! Happy hunting!!!

I suspect it is a casting because of the number voids caused by poor alloy mix. Wait for more responses from other members with more knowledge.

Everything you circled is from circulation.

Welcome to Coin Talk. All I can see is a worn 1921 Morgan dollar. It has no Mint mark as it was produced in Philadelphia. At that time, Philadelphia didn't punch the mint mark onto any of their coins. Some of what you're seeing is referred to as pareidolia. :)
