Picked this up in the junk silver bin at my LCS this morning. Almost looks like she did when minted 101 years ago. A few bag marks but nice looking. I tried to tone down the light reflection.

Very nice 1921 "Morgan" Dollar :D (the 1921 peace dollar in that condition carries a 4 digit price tag)

I know as I have one, MS-64 PCGS. It didn’t cost that much when I bought it.

That is an attractive example of the 1921 Morgan Dollar. Most of them are rather dull and lifeless. The reverse is especially nice.

Does it pass the magnet test? It just looks too good to be in a junk bin.

Yes overall the coin is really nice with nice luster and somewhat baggy. But if you think look at the bottom of the cheek. Those large gashes technically make it a details coin or a severe downgrade. So not surprising for a junk Silver find but one of the more better cherrypicks indeed.

LOL I know and I did say something and he replied, “No big deal it’s a common date.” I replied that there wasn’t any key dates in the bin either. Lol
