Can anybody help me with this? Searching google only brings up reference to a Zerbe Proof and I am pretty sure that is not what this is. Also seems to be a little overgraded to me.

According to Breen's encyclopedia, over 44 million business strikes were made of Breen 5704. Zerbe raised a fuss as he was a promoter of the Peace Dollar for 1921 and had much influence. To keep his good favor, the mint made ( usually somewhat poorly) proofs for his distribution. When Chapman, an important Coin Dealer, heard of this he went to the designer Morgan and purchased 10 special made "Chapman proofs" ( Breen 5705)for face value ( ahh, the good old days of the mint.....special coins for special people).

So yours is a 5704 due to the Extra berry, but looks no where near a proof, so it must be one of the 44 million business strikes.
