Looks like a G-3 1921 Philly. To qualify as G-4 "IN GOD WE TRUST" is supposed to be fully readable, which this one isn't. However, we're talking about the key date for the series - Philly mintage only 246,000 - and I would go at least $50 for a 1921D (mintage 208,000) in that condition, to fill one of the last 4 holes in my WL set. You mention a couple of coins - let's see the other one.
