    Photos are a little grainy, but looks like yes. Is that a die crack on the reverse connecting the N from cent and T from states?

    Yes to woody, Some folk are particular what is and is not a woody.
    but "Woody" is just a colloquial name for "Improper Alloy Mix".

    Definitely a woodie or improperly mixed alloy Joy. A keeper for sure. That slightly shiny area on the reverse that Seattlite mentioned looks raised. If so, it's probably a die crack. Check it out carefully.
