Post pictures of the coin under a bright light (a desk lamp with an LED, incandescent, or halogen lightbulb will work good), outside of the flip, and in focus. Be sure to post them full size.
Could you tell us where you see them selling for high prices? Higher grade circulated 1918 cents normally sell for around $10.00, but as stated it would be impossible to value yours without much better pictures.
