1917 Type 1, just picked this up - grade, opinions?

I'll have better pics in a few days after I get it. I probably paid too much but does anyone care to venture a grade or opinion? see pics

take it out of the holder, the marks look pretty bad, but they may be on the holder.

 

I'll take better pics when I get the coin but I don't see any major hits.

 

Just too much light in the photos to give much of a guess. Can't judge luster at all and strike is hard to tell.
Could be a nice one but we need better photos.

 

I dont see any major hits either. Nice coin from the looks of it. I need a T1 myself but its on the bottom of my list at this time.
