I recently picked up 10 rolls of penny's and found four wheats one from 1917 is that average if so ill do this more often
4 wheats out of 10 rolls isn't too bad. Granted, most of them will be in circulated condition or worse, but some people have found semi-keys and key dates searching. The best thing is, if you don't find anything worth keeping, you return the rolls and get your money back.
