I have two coins in my collection I am hesitant to self-grade. BTW the "chocolate & caramel" as I call it is lovely, I never seen this type of mottling before. Your grade opinion and how you arrived at it are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1928 Lincoln Cent MS-63, Damaged (the uneven toning is either a sign of a previous cleaning or possibly environmental damage, possibly a scratch on there too at 10 o'clock)

I would not consider myself an expert, but -
1928 - It does not look cleaned to me. Several small rim nicks and a couple nicks. 63 brown maybe 64.
1916-D - Nice coin. Good strike, but a little off center. 64 red/brown, maybe 65.

Ms-63/4 both of them, too many nicks to go higher.

I don't know, but they look nice to me.
But, I am having problems with my monitor.
