This coin was purchased in one of the new NGC slabs. Removed to go into the Dansco. What do you think it graded?

AU-50, nice coin .

I'd hope 50 or 53, but I think 55 or 58.

My guess: 55

Giving up already? Well, zaneman is the winner!!

It is a very appealing coin with lots of luster and some gold toning. However, there are some mild hairlines on the face and part of the surface of the obverse. I assume they are from circulation, or possibly a light cleaning. Obviously it wasn't something NGC was concerned with.

 

nice coin, I've been searching for one for my 7070 in Au. I'd like to get an O mint, but I buy that one, looks good.

Nice coin, I love the overall look of it. I'd say the surfaces are original.
