The planchet was scratched before the strike. It comes out of the bust and through liberty. Does it count as damage or is it an error?
I can't better pics, but I know it is one. There is no metal being pushed up, and the scratch goes under the letters. I am sorry. I will try to get pics.
The lettering being incuse it's very easy for a scratch to go right over it and thus appear to have a break where the lettering is. Like @jwitten said better pictures would help but the coins probably just scratched pmd imo.
