    Another GREAT photo, you seem to have found the combination for taking sharp pic's. Gold, silver & copper all look great.

    One thing about Saint Gaudens' pieces is how perfectly they represent the spirit of their times. They are poetical expressions of Modernist philosophy; the perfectibility of Man through the advances of science and industry, soon to die a wretched death at the Somme and a thousand other places.

    Nice coin.

    Thanks for the compliment on picture taking. I took them with a nice 8mp Canon but without adequate lights or tripod so they can be much better if and when I decide to do it right. I just wanted to snap some pics quickly.
