1914 LWC - approx. grade ?

    I know, I know. Not a big deal but It's my second good "wheatie" found this week . Anyone guess a grade ?. I'm hoping it's worth at least a buck . Too bad it's cousins , the D and S weren't with it . I thinking maybe F12 ?

    I don't think it makes F12. You've got no separation of the strands in the wheat ears that I can see. More like G4 to G6 ... details. Borderline VG details at best.

    Still, a fun find. MD or CRH?

    That's what I figured @lordmarcovan . I was trying to be optimistic though. Oh well, I hang on to it and maybe worth a buck .

    I agree Sal!!! A lot of wear there on the wheat stalks!! They look almost smooth in the pic. With the coloring I would also think it may have been cleaned at some point although in the pic I can't see any real evidence of that! Still a keeper IMO!!!
