1914 Buffalo error 'S' ?

    Anyone seen this error before?

    An S under the chin of the Indian
    Local dealer asking US$200

    Thoughts?

    It is engraved, post mint. Somebody added it, long after the coin was minted.

    I wouldn't pay $200 for that S. Look at it. It's not even straight, it's sideways.

    But his is crooked. It's not a clash of the S, I'm sorry. If it's anything it's a counter-stamp and post-mint damage.
