1913S Buffalo nickle but 3" diameter

    what the heck do i have. Its 3" across and in great shape

    You have a fantasy piece.

    If it is one of those posted by 9roswell, or any other "1 pound" bullion replica, it is worth it's bullion value of 12 times the spot price of silver +/- about 10%. (Yes, numismatically it is worth less than its private mint issuer's list price.)

    There have been similar pieces struck or cast in various metals, some of which are more valuable as paperweights than as "coins". :(
