I haven't taken a picture yet of this coin, but my boyfriend and I stumbled upon this interesting coin that was with a bunch of wheat pennies where you could take one scoop of the wheat pennies and put it in a pouch to take it home with you. It had only cost $6 or so dollars.

One coin that had caught our attention immediately was this "two-cent" coin from 1912. This coin looked different from other two cent coins. On one side was a two with a branch underneath and a strange design around it. On the other side was an eagle (perhaps double headed) holding two arrows with a tiny shield in the middle.

This coin does not say it's from the United States, but it seems like a very American coin.

Perhaps I should take pictures...? Please help out.

Sounds like an Austrian coin, post a pic.

I agree, it sounds like an Austrian 2 Heller piece (But most of those you see are 1896) A picture would be most helpful.
