1911S Lincoln DDO?

    Does this look like a FS-01-1911S-501? The second "1" is a little finky but I think it is a "1"

    It looks like die deterioration to me.

    I'm not trying to offend you, but I would think that someone who has been a member of these forums for almost 13 years would know how to search topics here.

    I did do some research and thought I actually found something.

    Doesn't the "S" mm in my photo look like this "S" photo taken from NGC varietyplus site?

    Yes,very similar, but your photo and more wear on the cent than the example, makes it difficult to confirm. this is where a good loupe and tilting the coin to see the height aspect can do it. You might try tilting the camera angle a little to see how it looks.

    This page on coppercoins shows the suspected one and also shows some additional markers which can firm it up.

    100% definitely an rpm WRPM-002. Coneca#2 best of by the way. Nice coin!!!!!

    Thanks everyone. I thought I may have found something. Don't know what I'm going to do with the coin. Probably just put it in a 2x2. Sorry I posted as a DDO instead of RPM and turned a few members off!
