How common is a 180 degree die rotation on a 1911 Canadian 5 cent coin?

I put an arrow in ink on the mylar window of the 2x2 so that you have a reference point from one side to the other.

Also, any guesses as to its value would be appreciated, as I rarely deal with errors and therefore I know little about their values.

P.S. the grade looks like VG/F fo me. Does that look about right to you guys too?

Here is what the latest Charlton catalogue says.

"All Canadian coins from 1908 on are struck with an upright (medal) axis. Prior to that time, when Canadian coinage was produced in England,an upset (coinage) axis was used."
